Local residents are invited to join Obelisk Coastcare group in activities including planting and weeding at its monthly working bees at Obelisk Reserve. These activities are vital to conserve and prevent our coastal healthland areas from becoming degraded. This reserve contains Themeda australis grasslands, an ecologicai threatened community which requires protection for its future survival. The working bee is around 3 hours duration, no experience necessary and tools are supplied.
